Follow the steps below.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours to arrange a new visit for your employee medical screening.

1. Locate the email message with your visit details

Go to your inbox and locate your visit details message. The subject line is "Your Employee Medical Screening for [COMPANY]"

2. Select the "Reschedule Visit" button

From within the message, select "Reschedule visit" .

3. Complete the form

Complete the form and provide new availabilities. A team member will reschedule your visit.
