Breath Alcohol Test

A breath alcohol test measures the amount of alcohol, if any, in the air the employee exhales. It shows the current level of intoxication of the individual. After a reasonable suspicion at the workplace, a breath alcohol test may be given. This is to confirm whether or not an employee was under the influence at work.
