Spirometry

Spirometry is one of the most commonly ordered tests for measure pulmonary function. It measures how much air can be breathed into the lungs and how much air can be exhaled quickly. During the test, air in breathed into a tube connected to a spirometer machine. To get accurate test results, the test is conducted three times with rest breaks between each test.
